All orders ship within 1-2 business days, with exceptions listed below.
Standard - Continental U.S. and Canadian orders will deliver within 4-7 business days.
Expedited - Deliver in 2-3 days (only available for Continental U.S. and Canada).
International - Orders shipping to UK, Australia, Germany and France will deliver in approximately 2-3 weeks. For all other international addresses, orders will deliver in approximately 3-6 weeks.
Personalized loveys - All personalized loveys are hand-embroidered to-order, and will take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive. Due to high demand, candy cane loveys may require more time to process, but will arrive in plenty of time for Christmas gifting!
All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information once the package ships.
