CUDDLE+KIND 10TH BIRTHDAY CONTEST

Official Rules

No purchase necessary. A Purchase does not increase chances of winning. This Contest (the “Contest”) is intended for viewing and participation in the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), and Australia and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of those jurisdictions. Please do not proceed if you are not a resident of one of the listed jurisdictions at time of entry. Must be age of majority or older in province / territory / state of residence to enter. By submitting an entry, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Please read them carefully before entering.

  1. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Contest is cuddle+kind Inc. (the “Contest Sponsor”), [5401 Eglinton Ave W Suite 210. Etobicoke, ON M9C 5K6].

  2. Contest Period: Starting September 12, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ending September 16, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”).

  3.  Eligibility: This Contest is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., Canada (excluding Quebec), and Australia who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory/state of residence. This Contest is not open to officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of the Contest Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and if applicable, their advertising or promotion agencies, or any other companies engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Contest (collectively the “Contest Entities”), and members of their immediate families (regardless of where they live), or persons domiciled with them (whether related or not). In these Official Rules (the “Rules”), “immediate family” means parents, children, siblings and spouse.

  4. How To Enter: During the Contest Period, a total of ten (10) Pink Envelopes will be inserted into eligible orders placed on cuddle+kind.com. Each envelope contains a unique code redeemable for a $1,000 USD cuddle+kind digital gift card. Two (2) envelopes will be distributed per day of the Contest Period. No purchase necessary. Purchase is not required and does not enhance a person’s chance of winning. To obtain one (1) entry without purchase, provide an original written submission (minimum 50 words) describing “What cuddle+kind means to you” along with your name, mailing address, email address and phone number (the “No Purchase Request”) and email it to hello@cuddleandkind.com. Limit one (1) No Purchase Request per customer. All No Purchase Requests must be received no later than September 16, 2025. All entries, whether by purchase or No Purchase Request, will be treated with equal integrity and have an equal chance of winning.

  5. Prizes: There are a total of ten (10) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of a $1,000 USD cuddle+kind digital gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $1,000 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $10,000 USD. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except at the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.

  6. How To Claim A Prize: Each Pink Envelope will contain a printed four-digit handwritten PIN code and instructions for redemption. To claim a Prize, winners must email hello@cuddleandkind.com, including their order number, the unique code, and a photo of the pink envelope card. Customer Service will verify the code and issue the $1,000 USD digital gift card to the email address associated with the order. For No Purchase winners, the Contest Sponsor will notify entrants directly via the contact information provided, and the same verification process will apply. Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before a prize is awarded. Codes are single-use and subject to verification. All claims must be received by December 31, 2025. Gift cards are digital and do not expire.

  7. General Conditions Applicable to All Prizes: Prizes will only be delivered to verified winners who have complied with these Rules. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and have no cash-surrender value, except at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable prizes. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Rules including all eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by the decisions of the Contest Sponsor, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. By accepting any Prize, each winner consents to the use of their name, city/state/province of residence, voice, and statements relating to the Contest or the Contest Sponsor, and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by the Contest Sponsor in any and all media, except where prohibited by law. Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Entrants and/or winners assume liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest or by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize. The Contest Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and without liability, terminate, suspend, or amend this Contest at any time without notice if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Contest.

  8. Governing Law: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial/territorial, and municipal laws. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Contest Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario.

  9. Winners List: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (or international reply coupon) to: cuddle+kind, [5401 Eglinton Ave W Suite 210. Etobicoke, ON M9C 5K6], Attn: “10th Birthday Contest Winners.” Requests must be received after September 30, 2025.
