"Box came opened, someone has intentionally sliced open the tape and rooted in the box prior to final delivery. Was able to get new fill shipped out however it was a gift t hat was needed and unable to gift. When I received the replacement doll noticed that it was antsy fraying. I am now waiting for another replacement doll. Has been a disappointing experience thus far. But I will give credit to the customer servuce team for responding super quickly especially on an evening weekend. Hopefully this third replacement doll is the final one."
