"I originally ordered this Lovey as a gift for a friend who had moved to SC last January. Unbeknownst to me, the address they gave me when they moved was a rental. They neglected to inform me when they moved, so the Lovey was delivered to the wrong place. When we eventually learned there was a problem, I contacted Customer Service. Amanda was the best! She tracked down the Lovey and reshipped to the corrected address. I couldn't have asked for more!"
