"The quality of their dolls is amazing. Their customer service is amazing. I bought a doll in 2020. In early 2025 that doll started to have some seams come undone. I contacted customer service and they gave me suggestions on how to go about getting it repaired and they also offered to completely replace the doll with a brand new one! I couldn't believe it and was so impressed that they would do that after so much time had passed. My son now has a brand new doll to love on!"
